8:51am: A deputy investigated a single vehicle rollover accident on N Avenue near 190th Street. Thomas McCan of Creston was traveling north on N Avenue. McCan lost control of a 2008 Ford F150 on some ice and rolled in the ditch. The estimated damage to the vehicle is 4,000 dollars. Nobody was injured in the accident.

9:04am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle in the 1900 block of 220th Street.

9:09am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 1600 block of N Avenue.

1:26pm: A deputy investigated a parking complaint in the 400 block of South 12th Street, Grand Junction.

4:11pm: A deputy investigated suspicious activity on T Avenue near 240th Street.

7:15pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 700 block of North Street, Churdan.

8:50pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street near S Avenue.

10:10pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 100 block of Sunset Drive, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
