The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Boys Basketball Team participated in the Class 3A Region 6 First Round game on Monday in Adel versus Clarke Community, winning 97-26.

The Tigers led wire to wire, erupting for 27 first quarter points, to lead 27-7. In the second quarter, ADM outscored the Indians 24-6 to storm to a 51-13 halftime advantage. The Tigers would power through the second half by scoring 46 points and held Clarke Community to just 13 to roll to a 97-26 victory.

All 17 players for the Tigers got on the scoreboard, as ADM was led by senior Hudson Lorensen with 17 points, followed by junior Eli Wiebers’ 13, and 11 points from sophomore Tate Troster. The Indians were charged by junior Jordyn Deleon with 8 points, then five points from senior Ryan Diehl.

Clarke Community’s season comes to an end with a record of 5-17, while ADM improves to 20-2 on the year and will gear up to host Benton on Thursday in Adel.
