Jaden Koller, the cross-country and track & field distance runner at Greene County High School,  signed a Letter of Intent for both sports with Dordt University in Sioux Center, IA. The senior made great progress last fall for the Rams in cross-country, moving into the number three spot on the varsity. He’s expected to run distance races for the Rams in track & field during the upcoming season.

Koller told Raccoon Valley Radio he was intrigued by the NW Iowa University after hearing about others from here that ran for the Defenders. “I went on a visit, absolutely loved it, and knew that was the place for me!”

The Defenders are members of the Great Plains Athletic Conference. The GPAC is a 12 member conference with schools in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota. The league is affiliated with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
