The Perry City Council will meet in regular session on Monday.

Items on the agenda that are seeking approval include resolutions approving an amendment to the Local Planning and Administrative Assistance Contract with Region XII, terminating a development agreement with KM Baxter Investments, LLC and approving the scope of work for the 1,500 foot Parallel Taxiway Extension.

Other items seeking approval include resolutions setting a public hearing date on the fiscal year 2027 Consolidated General Fund Tax Levy and a schedule for the 2026 Yard Waste Disposal Dates and Procedures. 

The council will also hold the second and possibly third readings of two zoning ordinances for apartment proposals.

The meeting is open to the public and will be held at 6 p.m. Monday inside the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building, 1102 Willis Avenue, in Perry.
