12:26pm: A deputy investigated a civil dispute in the 700 block of School Street, Churdan.

2:05pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 500 block of Sand Street, Churdan.

2:39pm: The Sheriff investigated a theft in the 700 block of School Street, Churdan.

3:33pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near Orchard Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
