The leader of the Panorama Boys Basketball Team expresses how proud he is of the Panthers for continuing to fight, despite a tough season.
Panorama concluded the year with a 2-20 overall record, with victories against Nodaway Valley and Ogden. However, the Panthers were in some very close games during the season, but were unable to close them out. Head Coach Josh Beardsley outlines that the one area that really impressed him was the guys’ ability to remain engaged in practice, then battle every single night on the floor.
“I’m just excited about the way that they were resilient throughout the whole entire year, and they just never really gave up. I’m hoping that is something that we can build on for next year of when adversity hits, we continue to move forward and try to move in the right direction.”
Beardsley just finished year number two as Panorama’s Head Boys Coach and is anticipating much growth within the next year.
