Memorial service for Joanne Linnea Modlin, 70, of Perry, will be held at 11:00 a.m., with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at the Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home, Perry Chapel. Burial will follow at Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry. Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association in Joanne’s name.

She is survived by her brother, Steve (Jane) Modlin of Dawson; their children, Adam Modlin (Yadira Perez) of Dawson and Zach Modlin of Dawson; her brother-in-law, Terry (Carol) White of Shady Shores, Texas; their children, Jennifer (Karl) Atencio of Texas and Kristi White (Clint) Cranford; and their daughters, Mychal and Landry Hill. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
