Sisters Alivia and Edynn Smith of Paton-Churdan High School were named to the Rolling Valley Activities Conference Girls’ Basketball Honorable Mention list. Coach Tom Kennedy’s Rockets went 4-18 for the 2025-26 season and the wins were the most in the last five years for the program.

Alivia Smith, a junior, led P-C in scoring average at 9.33 points per game, in rebounds per game at 5.8, and in steals per contest at 2.48. Freshman Edynn Smith averaged 7.14 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 1.91 steals per game.

The Rockets had just one senior that was a regular in the starting lineup, and two seniors total.
