The Adel City Council will meet in regular session tomorrow.

Items on the agenda seeking approval include resolutions to authorize a general obligation loan agreement not to exceed $5,100,000, following a public hearing, and levying a tax for the payment and authorizing staff to proceed with transition of landfill property and operations.

Other items seeking approval include authorizing the city administrator to proceed with executing purchase agreement for property at 1700 Greene Street, public utilities easements for Southbridge Plat 10 and Titan Storage-Adel 1, LLC, setting a public hearing for rezoning of property from single family to highway commercial, a preliminary plat for Five Oaks and support for an application to the Iowa Economic Development Authority Business Incentives for Growth Program for a proposed manufacturing project.
