An illegal immigrant from Guatemala was sentenced for a felony sex abuse charge.

Wilson Choc Cuc pled guilty to 3rd Degree Sexual Abuse, a Class C Felony, as part of a plea agreement dismissing the other charges against him. As part of the agreement, he was sentenced to an indeterminate amount of time not to exceed 10 years, and pay fees totaling $1,975, submit to fingerprinting, and take the Sex Offender Treatment Program. The Department of Corrections will also determine if Choc Cuc will be subject to an electronic tracking and monitoring system.
