The Perry City Council will meet in regular session on Monday.

The council will hear presentations from Raccoon River Valley Trail Association and Police Chief Jim Archer.

Items on the agenda that are seeking approval include resolutions for a temporary construction easement, the fiscal year 2025 annual audit report, a technical services agreement with Region XII with contingencies and a professional services agreement for sanitary flow monitoring. 

The council will also consider approving appointments to various boards/commissions. 

The meeting is open to the public and will be held at 6 p.m. Monday inside the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building, 1102 Willis Avenue, in Perry.
