Paton-Churdan Activities Director and High School Principal Annie Smith was a guest on the Monday Night PM Sports Magazine KG98 Edition. She talked about a number of activities at the school, including basketball. “It was fun! I know if you only look at the win/loss record, you might not think so, but the girls and boys were both in so many games decided by single digits. They really competed well and it was fun to see the improvement the individual players made throughout the season, which then translated into both teams improving.”

The boys won seven games and the girls won four. Both totals were the most in the past five seasons at Paton-Churdan. Both teams had seniors on them, but the majority of players were freshmen, sophomores, and juniors.
