Sean Thomas, age 37, 177 Marshall Road, Newark, TX, was arrested on a warrant for Harassment By Communication.

Jadien Cunningham, age 21, 809 N. 32^nd St, Council Bluffs, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence, Driving While Barred and two counts of Possession Of Controlled Substance. She was also cited for Driving While License Under Suspension and Failure To Maintain Control.

March 11

Chandler Hughes, age 24, 26950 Stratford St, Highland, CA, was arrested for Eluding and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia. He was also cited for two counts of Speeding, Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability, Reckless Driving, Open Container, No Valid Driver’s License and three counts of Failure To Obey Stop Sign and Yield Right Of Way.

Jade Pumel, age 24, 2214 Indianola Ave, Des Moines, was arrested for Possession Of Contraband In Correctional Institution, Possession Of Controlled Substance and Fugitive From Justice.

Belal Luaibi, age 32, 3032 W Apaculco Ln, Phoeniz, AZ, was arrested on a warrant for Contempt Of Court.

Scott Koslow, age 38, 316 S. Franklin St, Kirksville, Mo. was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation.

David Passehl, age 27, 6709 Gables Way, Johnston, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Theft 2^nd Degree.

Ryan Van Gorp, age 39, 5518 145^th St, Urbandale, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear – Felony Or Awaiting Sentencing Or Appeal.

Amanda Kiss, age 46, 106 E Line St, Van Wert, was arrested for Possession Of Contraband In Correctional Institution, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Of Controlled Substance.

March 14

Ronald Mapes, Perry, was traveling in the 17000 block of J Ave, when he hit a deer. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $1,500.

A juvenile driver was on 187^th Road when the driver lost control on the curve and went into the ditch. The car came to rest on its side. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5,000. The driver was cited for Failure To Maintain Control and Violation Of Special Minor’s Restricted License.

March 15

Theodore Gilbert, Grand Rapids, MI, was traveling on I80 near the 100 mile marker when he lost control due to the weather and hit a semi driven by Terrell  Teamer, Park City, IL. No injuries were reported. Mr. Gilberts vehicle had an estimated $10,000 damage and Mr. Teamer’s semi had an estimated $1,000 damage. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

Abdulkhaleq Al Saadi, Waukee, was traveling on Tabor Rd and 360^th when he lost control and went into a ditch.  He declined EMS.  Damage was estimated at $5000.

Danielle Dalton, age 42, 314 N. Union St, Madrid, was arrested for Driving While Barred and Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.

March 16

Michael Dorrian, age 40, 2619 11th St SW, Altoona, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Theft 3rd Degree.

Samantha Gyles, Hartford, was traveling on Upland Ave near 150th St when she lost control and went into the ditch. Ms. Gyles declined EMS, but EMS checked other occupants of the car. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $15,000. Ms. Gyles was cited for Failure To Maintain Control.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
