West Central Valley junior Ella Belden took a massive leap on the basketball floor with her scoring in the 2025-26 season.

Belden appeared in all 24 games during the year for the Wildcats, finishing with 89 points on 29 percent shooting from the field, while also grabbing 85 rebounds, had 27 assists, 46 steals, and two blocks on the season. For the 2024-25 season, Belden played in seven contests and scored two points.

Belden helped West Central Valley notch nine victories on the year, plus a regional win against Logan-Magnolia 54-31, before the season ended in the hands of Westwood on February 17th.
