With the Perry Strength and Conditioning program gaining steam with more student involvement, PSP coordinator Scott Pierce thanked the Perry community and school district as a whole for their support.
“With the support of our AD Tina Lutterman, who does an amazing job along with other coaches kind of having my back. I don’t think I’d be able to do it without all of them together, and we need to buy in from all the coaching staff, directors, and administration just as much as we need from the kids. With their support, I’m very comfortable in my position, I’m excited to get to the school every day around 4:00 a.m. to get ready and set up for the kids to come in, and they just continue to show up which kind of pushes me to just keep going.”
With the support coming from the school, students and community, PSP coordinator Pierce remains excited for the future of the PSP program.
