Although the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn School District is in the midst of spring break, the Boys Track and Field Team is gearing up for the third meet of the year in Pella on Friday.

The Tigers have already participated in the A.D. Dickinson Relays on March 9th, and then placed fourth at the Iowa Association Track Coaches Indoor Championships in Ames this past Thursday, March 12th. Standout performances from the IATC Indoor Championships included sophomore Zane Johnson getting first place with 21.90 seconds in the open 200 Meters and ran 6.99 seconds, posting second place in the 60 Meter Dash. Also, junior Parker Hook garnered fifth place in the open 400 Meters at 51.03 seconds, then it was senior Ty Landphair with a fifth place finish in the 800 Meters at 2:02.41.

On Friday, ADM will be competing at Central College in Pella, starting at 10:30am.
