The Adel Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department will host a dance for a fundraiser next Saturday.

Volunteer Fire Association President David Lee says the fourth annual dance will be held from 5-11 p.m. on March 28 at Country Lane Lodge in Adel. Doors will open at 5 p.m. with a silent auction. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m., catered by DM Bacon and Meat Company. Lee adds that Suede will provide live music from 7:30-11 p.m.

Tickets will be $25 and will be available through Sunday. Lee details that community members can purchase tickets through any of the volunteer firefighter members, by messaging the fire department’s Facebook page or at Adel City Hall.

All proceeds will be used to purchase needed equipment for the fire department.
