7:19am: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street near T Avenue.

3:10pm: The Sheriff investigated a phone scam in the 1200 block of R Avenue.

5:23pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 500 block of North 16th Street, Grand Junction.

5:42pm: A deputy investigated a backing accident in the 500 block of North 16th Street, Grand Junction. Jessica Higgins of Grand Junction backed into a parked 2023 Cadillac XT6 causing an estimated 2,000 dollars to the vehicle. Higgins was operating a 1994 Chevrolet K1500 that had no damage.

5:46pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 100 block of North 16th Street, Grand Junction.

6:32pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 700 block of North Street, Churdan.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
