
The West Central Valley Boys Basketball Team shot above 50 percent from the free throw line as a unit this latest season.
As a team, the Wildcats finished the year going 57.3 percent from the charity strike, making 236 of their 412 attempts. Junior Colton Lindsay made the most free throws with 68, followed by senior Aiden Clauson at 56, then it was senior Kade Wilson finishing with 40 makes. The mark is slightly lower than last year, seeing West Central Valley shoot 64.6 percent.
However, the Wildcats were able to win eight more games this season, concluding with a record of 13-11, falling to OABCIG in the Class 2A Region 7 Second Round contest on February 20th.
