Residents can learn more about Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Community School District’s proposed property tax levy during a public hearing on Monday.

The ADM School Board will give a brief presentation to review the current tax notice and provide a detailed breakdown of the finance factors used to establish the tax rate. 

The district’s current rate is $17.87. While the effective property tax rate for fiscal year 2027 is $16.56, the proposed property tax rate will remain steady at $17.87.

The public hearing is set to take place at 5:30 p.m. Monday in the District Board Room, 215 N 11th Street, in Adel.
