Zack Stalder

Zack Stalder is a student-athlete who keeps busy. The starting quarterback on the Greene County football team is a starter in basketball, soccer, and baseball, he’s off to a good start to the indoor track & field season as well. The five-sport athlete and his track & field teammates will compete tomorrow indoors at Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, then have a short turnaround for the start of the outdoor season at Simpson College in Indianola on Tuesday. Greene County girls will also compete at both Storm Lake and Indianola.

Stalder told Raccoon Valley Radio he likes the way the indoor season has started. He set the Greene County school record in the 60 meter dash last week, and his other races have also been competitive. He thinks the Rams will have several events once they turn their attention to the outdoor campaign that have the potential to do well.
