The Guthrie Center City Council will meet in regular session tonight.

The meeting will begin with a public hearing on the proposed property tax levy for fiscal year 2026-27, then move into the regular session. They will then set a public hearing date for the proposed fiscal year 2026-27 budget, before hearing from City Administrator Kris Arrasmith on quotes for some heat pump units for the Mary J Barnett Memorial Library, and as well as a department report from City Hall. The public hearing begins at 6:30pm, with the meeting to follow at 6:45pm, and those are held in the Guthrie Center City Hall Council Chambers.
