Cale Sorge, Ames, was traveling on W Ave at 190th St when he lost traction and slid across the intersection and into the ditch. Mr. Sorge declined EMS and damages were estimated at $3,500. He was able to drive away.
Deyauna Delaney-Kinney, Des Moines, was stopped at the intersection of Jordan Creek Parkway and Office Plaza Dr, when a car driven by Cynthia Murphy, West Des Moines, collided with Ms. Delaney-Kinney’s car. No injuries were reported. Damage to Ms. Delaney-Kinney’s car was estimated at $1,500 and damage to Ms. Murphy’s car was estimated at $5,000. Both cars were towed from the scene. Ms. Murphy was issued a citation for Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance.

Teriona Deeds, age 33, 4113 Clinton Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Theft 3rd Degree.
Olympia Cooks, age 49, 435 W 8TH ST, Davenport, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Theft 4th Degree.
Timothy Kuipers, age 45, 695 NW 2ND ST, Waukee was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation.
Catherine Daniels, Adel, was traveling on Old HWY 6 and Triangle Lane when the driver lost control due to weather. Minor injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $15,000.
Helber Ramirez, Linden, was traveling on Highway 141 and D Ave, when the driver hit a deer. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2,500.
Mason Larson, Woodward, was traveling on 190th ST and W Ave when the driver lost control due to weather. Minor injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5,000.
Mathew Beuning, Waukee, was traveling on 26500 Blk when the driver lost control due to the weather and was was hit by Andrew Renard. Both drivers lost control due to weather. No injuries were reported. Mr. Beuning had an estimated $3,000 damage and Mr. Renard had an estimated $5,000 in damage. Both vehicles were towed.
Gaidge Lowe, Linden, was traveling in the 24000 block of W Ave when he lost control due to icy conditions and went into the ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $4,000.

Joshua Rodriquez, age 26, 8601 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Sex Offender Registration Violation.
Joni Hunley, age 54, 1200 University Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation.
Deshawn Williams, age 22, 3530 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Contempt-Violation Of No Contact Order.
Michael Moffitt, age 42, 4150 143rd Ct, Urbandale, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.
Andrew Gosche, age 46, 33935 Hawthorn Drive, Granger, was arrested for Harassment-3rd degree, Criminal Mischief 5th Degree, Reckless Driving, Trespass and Disorderly Conduct.
Tyler Tingwald, Cheyenne, Wy, was driving in the 23000 block of Minburn Rd when he hit a deer. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $1,500. The car was able to be driven from the scene.
Mashelle Bollie, Granger, was traveling in the 33000 of 200th St when an ATV operated by a juvenile came out into the roadway and collided with Ms. Bollie’s vehicle. Both juveniles on the ATV were checked by EMS but not transported. Damage to Ms Bollie’s vehicle was estimated at $15,000. The ATV was totaled with an estimated $5,000.

Fidenciao Vaca-Ochoa, age 20, 1324 Evelyn St, Perry, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence, Interference With Official Acts, Reckless Driving, Driving While License Denied Or Revoked.

David Goldsberry, Jr, age 43, 1304 Ash St, Dallas Center, was arrested on a warrant for Driving While Barred, Driving While License Denied Or Revoked, Keeping Premises Or Vehicle For Controlled Substance Violation and Possession Of Controlled Substance.
Christopher Byrd, age 25, 1110 SE Olson Dr, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation.
Jackson Ray, age 18, address unknown, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation.
A juvenile driver was in the 600 block of Linden Street, Dallas Center, when the driver struck a legally parked car. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $4,000 to each vehicle.

Sheldon Brittain, age 27, homeless, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Driving While License Under Suspension. He was also arrested for Possession Of A Controlled Substance.
Jose Rodriguez, age 37, 2617 Warford St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.
Shelby Sheppard, age 28, Homeless, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation terms.
March 25
Steven Jensen, age 29, 508 3rd St, Rippey, was arrested for Trespass. He was also cited for Driving On Wrong Side Of Two Way Highway and Careless Driving after his truck collided with a vehicle driven by Joshua Riley, Dawson. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2,000 to Mr. Jensen’s car and $500 to Mr. Riley’s car.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
