Perry Performance and Strength Coordinator Scott Pierce explained the important of working hard during the off season for Perry student athletes.
“The thing is we we call it off season, but we let him know, your off-season isn’t taking off it’s actually working harder than you were during your season. It’s for your season to come up, or whatever you’re looking forward to. Along with the help from the coaches too, the coaches do a lot of back work of communicating with me, as far as maybe some recruitment for their classes. That camaraderie, I don’t think has been better, and I can feel the coaches really do appreciate that aspect though and I really do appreciate it from them as well.”
The PSP sessions continue for all athletes and students both in season and working through their off-season.
