The Jayettes track team kick off their first week of competitions with two meets scheduled. Perry begins the week on Monday traveling to Bondurant-Farar High School before wrapping up the week on Thursday at home hosting the Jayette Relays.

The Jayettes kick off the season on Monday on the road, facing off against runners from Bondurant-Farar, Boone, Des Moines North, Roland-Story, Saydel and Winterset. After a taste of competitive action during the indoor championships, Lily Myers looks for success in the 400 and 800 meter run.

With two meets this week, the Perry girls look to set a benchmark for the season on Monday, opening up the season at Bondurant-Farrar High School. The action is set to begin at 4:15pm.
