There are still a few days to cast a vote for your favorite Patriot Peeps display at the Perry Public Library.

Youth Services Librarian Laura Pieper says families were invited to pick up a sleeve of Peeps and a display box to create a diorama from any moment in American History.

“We had several really, really neat Peeps displays come in. We’ve got two Betsy Ross displays, they’re really cool. We have a really amazing Neil Armstrong display, with a moon and a Peep with an actual astronaut helmet. So please come in and take a look at our Peeps displays and vote for your favorites.”

Pieper invites the community to stop into the library to vote through Monday. She adds that residents can vote once a day for each of their favorite displays. Two winners will be announced, one by popular vote and one by Friends of the Perry Public Library. The winners will receive $20 in Perry Bucks.
