The Perry City Council will meet in regular session on Monday.

The council will first hold a separate public hearing on the proposed property tax levy for the fiscal year 2027 budget at 5:30 p.m.

Items on the agenda that are seeking approval during the regular meeting include resolutions setting public hearings on the proposed fiscal year 2027 budget and a Community Development Block Grant application to IEDA for the Housing Roof Replacement Program.

Other items on the agenda include resolutions for a second amendment to the RISE Grant application, professional services agreements for the pool filtration system and pool ceiling renovation and tax abatement applications for residential construction completed in 2026.

The meeting is open to the public and will be held at 6 p.m. Monday inside the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building, 1102 Willis Avenue, in Perry. The meeting may be attended electronically through Zoom upon request made to City Hall by 2 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
