The West Central Valley Wildcats girls soccer team kept momentum on their side, defeating the Clarke Indians 4-0 on Friday at home. The Wildcats advance to 2-0 and return to action on Tuesday against the East Sac County Raiders.

It didn’t take long for West Central Valley to strike, as Meleah Speichinger scored in the seventh minute to take a 1-0 lead. Maren Hoffmann quickly followed, scoring in the 17th minute with Macy Long scoring right before the halftime break to take a 3-0 lead. Five minutes into the second half, Addilynn Richter scored, to secure a 4-0 victory over Clarke.

Now at 2-0, the Wildcats return to action on Tuesday, playing host to the East Sac County Raiders. The match is set to begin at 5pm.
