
The Dallas County Board of Supervisors met in regular session on Tuesday.
Items on the agenda that were approved included a request from the Adel Lion’s Club to use a county parking lot for a June 6 A1C screening event and a resolution for the final plat of River Oaks Estates, following a public hearing.
Other items that were approved included the first reading of proposed changes to Chapter 45 zoning ordinance regarding accessory dwelling units, following a public hearing.
The Board also heard an update about the county’s health plan renewal and moved back the discussion of the City of Adel’s 80/20 voluntary annexation until next week’s meeting.
