
The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Soccer Teams will play against Nevada tonight, as the girls will stay home in Adel and the boys will hit the road.
For the girls, the Tigers are 4-2-1 on the season, coming off a home tournament beating Dowling Catholic and Van Meter. The Cubs are 3-2 overall and split games versus Newton and Colfax-Mingo over the weekend. ADM freshman Addison Montag leads with five goals, while Nevada senior Rachel Borwick also has notched five goals.
On the boys side, the Tigers are sitting at 1-4-1 on the year, losing their latest contest to Dallas Center-Grimes this past Friday. The Cubs are 3-2, falling 1-0 to North Polk on Thursday. ADM has scored two goals so far this season, as senior Cael Orban is responsible for both of them.
The Tiger girls will be in Adel tonight with the game starting at 7pm, and the boys will play in Nevada as that contest begins at 7:30pm.
