
The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet tomorrow morning.
The Board will consider for approval a resolution for a precinct election official and support staff compensation for the next fiscal year, followed by a resolution to set an annual compensation for election officials for the next fiscal year as well.
The Board will then hold a public hearing at 9am for the 2027 fiscal year budget, before considering to approve the measure after the hearing. They will also consider approving a resolution to hire a part-time county attorney, followed by a contract for the same individual.
The Board will also set another public hearing for the easements for Red Lion Renewables, followed by hearing an update from a representative with the Iowa Drainage District Association. The Board will have a discussion about a brass plaque to add to the memorial with the Schoolboy Soldiers of Rippey monument.
Finally, the Board will act as the Drainage District Board of Trustees for several claims of payments.
