The Perry City Council met in regular session on Monday.

Items on the agenda that were approved included an application for a Community Development Block Grant from Iowa Economic Development Authority for the Roof Repair Program, following a public hearing, statement of completion and final acceptance for the 2026 Crack Sealing Project and resolutions approving temporary construction easements.

Other items that were approved included resolutions for a lot tie agreement for Redbud Properties, an agreement with the Iowa DOT for maintenance and repair of primary roads within the city limits and the addition of Caleb Janes to the fire department roster.
