The AC/GC Chargers track and field teams are making a short road trip tonight.

The teams head to Panora for a meet hosted by the Panorama Panthers. Other familiar teams competing include the Earlham Cardinals, Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders, Van Meter Bulldogs, and Des Moines Christian Lions. Events to watch for the Chargers include the boys relays, especially the shuttle hurdle, 4×100 meter and 4×200 meter relays, along with Brexton Schneider in the 110 meter high hurdles, and Preston Kent in the mile and two mile. On the girls side, keep an eye out for the relay teams, along with Nora Langgaard in short to mid distance races, Meranda Gruber in the 100 meter hurdles, and Cadence Petersen in long jump.
