The Dallas County Democrats are hosting their annual spring fundraiser next week.

The Organizing for Impact event is being held on Thursday, May 14 at Country Lane Lodge, located just east of Adel. The keynote speaker will be District 16 Senator Renee Hardman, who also serves as President and CEO of Lutheran Services in Iowa. The evening will also include guest speakers Iowa House Representative Dr. Austin Baeth and Chris Jones, who is running for Secretary of Agriculture.

The cost for tickets is $25 for the community reception or $50 for individual action partners. Tables of eight can also be purchased. A community reception will be held at 5:30 p.m. for residents to connect with leaders, organizations and engaged Democrats before the dinner and program at 6 p.m.
