The West Central Valley Boys Soccer Team participated in the Big Red Classic Tournament in Centerville on Saturday, garnering two victories over Danville 8-0, and Mount Pleasant 5-2.

In the first match versus the Bears, the Wildcats put up six goals in the first half, followed by two more in the second to win comfortably at 8-0. During the second game against the Panthers, each team scored in the first half, with West Central Valley taking a 2-1 advantage into the break. Mount Pleasant did capture one more goal in the second half, but the Wildcats’ three would separate them on their way to a 5-2 win.

West Central Valley continues to have a nice season, now sitting with a record of 10-1-1 on the year. The Wildcats have two regular season games left, as tonight they’ll invite Kuemper Catholic into Stuart for senior night, beginning at 7pm.
