7:27am: A deputy investigated a complaint of concrete on 220th Street near Orchard Avenue.
3:43pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 1600 block of W Avenue.
3:58pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on Neola Avenue near 290th Street.
5:08pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person in the 400 block of Sand Street, Churdan.
6:23pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 700 block of Madison Street, Scranton. Julie Simms 59 of Scranton was arrested for disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of contraband while in a correctional facility
7:05pm: Julie Simms 59 of Scranton was booked in to the jail for disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of contraband while in a correctional facility.
Tuesday, May 12th
6:43am: A deputy assisted a motorist on 305th Street near W Avenue.
5:25pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near K Avenue.
5:38pm: The Sheriff, deputies, Greene County Ambulance, and Grand Junction Rescue responded to a medical call in the 800 block of Percival Street, Grand Junction.
Wednesday, May 13th
12:44am: Melanie Strain 52 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for OWI 1st offense.
Thursday, May 14th
9:44am: A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident on 220th Street near S Avenue. Jeremy Behrans of Carroll was heading east on 220th in a 2013 Peterbilt semi with trailer. Heidi Dankel of Glidden was also traveling east on 220th Street in a 2021 Dodge Durango. Both vehicles went to pass another vehicle at the same time and side swiped each other. The estimated damage to Peterbilt is 1,500 dollars. The estimated damage to the Durango is 5,000 dollars damage. Nobody was injured in the accident.
11:53am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 900 block of 9th Street, Scranton.
12:37pm: A deputy investigated a dog bite in the 600 block of Jefferson Street, Scranton.
1:57pm: A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint in the 1000 block of Eagle Street, Scranton.
4:13pm: A deputy assisted Carroll County with a house fire in the 200 block of Main Street, Ralston.
4:45pm: Mckensie Bess 43 of Carroll was booked into the jail for a probation violation.
7:46pm: A deputy transported needed emergency medication from the Greene County Medical center to the Guthrie County Hospital.
7:53pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 1000 block of State Street, Scranton.
9:02pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 800 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.
9:34pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street and W Avenue.
Friday, May 15th
7:53am: Jeremy Beason 28 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
