Laura Rothmeyer of Grand Junction was traveling north in the 24000 block of El Paso when she crossed over the southbound lane, hit the gravel, came back across and entered the east ditch resting in a field of soy beans.  No injuries reported.  Damage to the vehicle estimated at $150.00.  Rothmeyer was cited for failure to maintain control.

Yonto Lucky Tarlue, age 22 of 1157 11^th St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of probation violation-unauthorized use of a credit card.

Erika Llahaira Delmonte, age 40 of 904 Graceland Ave., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of probation violation  – supplying alcohol to person under legal age.

Kenneth Lee Johnson, age 53 of 35525 Old Portland Rd., Van Meter was arrested on a warrant for domestic abuse assault.

Danielle Janette Dalton, age 32 of 1811 5^th St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of probation violation

August 28, 2016

Raymond Lee Murray, age 46 of 1060 38^th St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for theft.

Diego Manuel Diaz, age 22 of 317 S 19^th St., West Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license revoked.

Manuel Ochoa, age 25 of 1806 4^th St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of intent to manufacture/deliver methamphetamine. Manuel was also charged with interference with official acts while trying to run from the officer serving the warrant.

Michael Lee Raymond Garnett, age 33 of 1319 5^th St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of possession of a controlled substance and OWI.

Shelby Jacobson, age 23 of 835 Richmond St., Rockwell City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of probation violation.
