ss_Warren_Cultural_Center_Exterior_Dusk_West_Elevation_OriginalAn annual series of regionally and nationally-known acts returns to Greenfield’s Warren Cultural Center next month.

Executive Director Ken Sidey says the 2017 Premiere Performance Series begins with a play about a British Prime Minister. “We start that off on October 1st with a one-man show entitled ‘Churchill’. Actor Andrew Edlin portrays Winston Churchill through a number of vignettes — it’s a monologue. Churchill was a fascinating figure who led England through the war years. He was a very notable leader, often quoted and many biographies have been written about it. Edlin does a wonderful job of bringing him (Churchill) to life.”
Sidey will tell us more about this year’s Premiere Performance Series today on Let’s Talk Guthrie County. It airs during the 9 a.m., noon and 5 p.m. hours on K107.9 and www.raccoonvalleyradio.com.
