A critical late season district match up for the Panorama Panthers last night taking on Manson NW Webster at home. When the dust settled on the night it was the home town crowd who would be cheering at Panorama defeated Manson NW Webster 35-7.
These two teams traded scores early in the first quarter but the Panthers would have the last laugh in the first quarter taking a 14-6 lead into quarter number two. Panorama would add two more scores in the second quarter to take a 21-7 lead into the half. After a scoreless third quarter, Panorama would tack on the only two scores in the fourth quarter to increase the lead to 35-7. Thanks to a stellar night defensively for Panorama, they would hold Manson NW Webster scoreless through the final three quarters to take the 35-7 win.
With the win, Panorama now increases their overall record to 6-1, earning a 4-1 district record. Their playoff hopes stay strong as they remain at home next week taking on Van Meter.
