Dallas County Sheriff’s Report – October 25-28, 2016

October 25, 2016

Craig Alan Hart of 14225 Eagle Ln., Redfield reported the theft of motor vehicle parts from his property.

October 27, 2016

Michael Towers of Des Moines was traveling in the 16000 block of Highway 141 when his vehicle went off the road and down an embankment into a field entrance.  No injuries reported.  Damage to the vehicle estimated at $1500.00 and approximately $200.00 to the field entrance.  Towers was cited for no insurance.

Trina Antoinette Berry, age 47 of 7040 71st St., Brooklyn Park, Mn., for therft.

October 28, 2016

Chris Scantlan of 18047 130th St., reported that someone had vandalized the padlock to the gates on his property.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
