On the biggest stage for Iowa high school cross country yesterday, both Panorama teams and individuals ran solid races.
Against very tough field the boys team overall took 14th place with their time of 1:34:03 while the Lady Panthers as a team finished in a solid 10th place with a team time of 1:52:38.
Individually it was Josh Carstens, Danny Nordquist, and Mitch Wagler that represented the boys side. Carstens finished the race located in 71st place with his time of 18:11 while Nordquist’s finishing time of 18:42 put him in 96th place with Mitch Wagler rounding out the Panther boys individual runners earning 107th out of 138 with his time of 18:50.
For the Lady Panthers their two individual representatives in Devyn Kemble and Brianna Hoffman earned top 50 finishes in their race. Kemble ended with a time of 20:59 which earned her a solid 35th place finish while Hoffman earned 48th place overall with her finishing time of 21:21.1.
