The ACGC boys basketball team had their first glimpse of game action this past Tuesday traveling to Elk-Horn-Kimballton high school for a two quarter match up against Logan-Magnolia.

It was two 8 minute quarters for the Chargers and did not count towards their overall record. The Chargers fought hard but ended up falling to Logan-Magnolia in those two quarters by the final score of 19-28.

Collin Stowe led the charge with 7 points on the contest followed by Colton Sargent with 5 points.

The Chargers went 6 for 13 on the night in field goal shooting, 2 for 9 from beyond the three point arc, and converted one of three free throws. They ended the night with 10 total rebounds, 4 assists, and 4 steals.

Next up for the Charger boys squad will be their scrimmage against IKM-Manning on Monday. The scrimmage will be located at IKM-Manning high school an is set to tip off at 7:30 pm.
