Dallas County Sheriff’s Report – February 7-8, 2017

February 7, 2017

Cooper Ray Bower, age 20 of 304 S Summit St., Stuart was cited and released at the intersection of Omaha and 1st St., Redfield for driving while suspended.

Van Wall Equipment at 22788 141st Dr., reported that a disc mower had been stolen from their lot.

February 8, 2017

Biraduka Vincent of Des Moines was traveling west in the 26000 block of Highway 141 when he left the roadway, entered the ditch and struck a fence line and posts.  No injuries reported.  Damage to the vehicle estimated at $8000.00. Vincent was cited for failure to maintain control.

Kerry Kisling of Rippey was traveling south in the 12000 block of D Ave., when she lost traction on the curve and crossed the center line striking a semi driven by Dennis Carpenter of Gowrie.  Carpenter then went into the ditch.  No injuries reported.  Damage to Kisling’s vehicle estimated at $8000.00 and $15000.00 to Carpenter’s.  Kisling was cited for failure to maintain control.

Raymond Lee Hamman, age 47 of 2016 Estella St., Perry was  cited and released on Nile Kinnick Dr., Adel for driving while suspended and no current insurance card.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
