On an especially windy field last night West Central Valley ACGC Nodaway Valley Girls Soccer took a loss to Ballard. Ballard got up quickly, taking a 3-0 lead at the half and continued their offensive assault with a fourth goal early in the second half from Steph Knittel. Coach Mike Krawczyk was impressed with the way his girls battled back with three unanswered goals, but in the end the deficit was too much to make up. The loss brings the overall record to 5-2.
