Jefferson Matters: Main Street is sponsoring another business after hours event this evening.

Program Director Peg Raney says they are hosting a “Signs, Snacks and Suds” program in the business center of the Sierra Community Theatre. The workshop will explore options for different kinds of signage for businesses and Main Street Iowa Design Consultant Tim Reinders will lead the presentation.

“Tim has great experience of appropriate signage and ideas of creative and unique signs that are on our businesses. We want our signage to be unique and especially after working on the CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) for these 13 buildings, they might want to just take a look at their signage and update that or change it out a little bit.”

Snacks and suds will be served at 5:15pm, with the program to start at 5:45pm. The business after hours event is free and open to the public.
