The district struggles continued for the Panorama Panthers football team (3-3 overall; 1-3 Class 1A District 7) on the road Friday night. The Panthers visited the Eagle Grove Eagles for a Class 1A District 7 matchup. The Eagles scored 17 unanswered in the second half to overpower the Panthers, 29-14. Panorama held a 14-12 lead at halftime behind two passing touchdowns from sophomore Luke South. The Panthers rushing attack was anemic for a second straight week, amassing a season-low 31 yards. The setback evened Panorama’s overall record at 3-3 and dropped them to 1-3 in Class 1A District 7. The Panthers resume their season at Manson-NW Webster next Friday.
