Cody Schulte 29 of Lyton was booked into the jail for ongoing criminal conduct and 3 counts of unlawful activity and forgery.

The Sheriff investigated a careless driving complaint on N Avenue at 220th Street.

A deputy investigated drug paraphernalia that was found at the Lion’s Park in Grand Junction.

A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 800 block of Hager Street, Grand Junction.

A deputy investigated an unruly child in the 800 block of Main Street, Scranton.

A deputy investigated a domestic in the 1000 block of East Railroad Street, Grand Junction.

 

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
