The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.
The meeting will start with requests from the Emergency Medical Services Department. The Board will consider a request for a billing adjustment, as well as a cardiac monitor purchase. Next, the Supervisors will hold another public hearing regarding the vacation of a road near the southwestern annex of Waukee. At 9:45 a.m., they will hold a second public hearing to consider bids, form of contract, plans, and specifications for the law enforcement center project.
Other items on the agenda include: a request for withdrawal from an agricultural area; further discussion on County participation in opioid litigation; a Forecast 5 software agreement; and an update on the North Raccoon River Watershed Coalition. The meeting will conclude with a budget workshop. The meeting is open to the public and will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
