Winterset held the ball for the final two minutes Tuesday night as the Huskies defeated the Jayettes 42-32 in RRC action at the Pavilion.  Leading by that exact score with a little more than three minutes to go, the Huskies kept the Jayettes scoreless on three straight possessions while holding the ball for the final two minutes before Perry fouled with 24 seconds to go.   The size of Winterset proved to be too much with Madison Wauters scoring 13 points and Sophie Stover adding 8 second half points.

Perry started the second half strong scoring the first 8 points to grab a brief three point lead.  The Huskies took the lead two minutes later on a Stover putback and never looked back.

Molly Lutmer led the way with 15 points while Grace Stewart filled the box score with 12 points 5 rebounds and 6 steals.  Stewart had three straight steals to start the third quarter.

Perry falls to 0-11 in conference play while Winterset improves to 6-5.
