The new baseball and softball seasons for Greene County Youth Athletic Association is starting soon and there’s only a few days left to sign up.
There are four levels that kids can participate in. Those levels include: t-ball for pre-kindergarten and kindergarteners, minor league for first and second graders, American league for third and fourth graders and a major league for fifth and sixth graders. The initial fee for each child is $40, then $30 for a second child and $20 for a third. The registration period ends February 26th. Anyone who sign ups after the deadline will pay an additional $15 fee. The hard deadline date to register is March 20th. First games begin in May.
